I placed an order for a gelato cake on 12th Nov for 27th Nov. On 22 Nov they messaged saying that their machine is down and to choose a range from their signature range. Their signature range is definitely not kids friendly. So of coz we wished to change it to celebration cake which of coz we wouldn't mind paying more for. Their ans is flat no. And we even have to ask for a refund as it is not an option. Their cake is nice no doubt, but I rather pay that price for an ok cake with a pleasant service.

Awesome place that bundled the Viva Forever bouquet with some of their artisanal pastries as a wedding anniversary gift. Even included a note for them. Vanessa, whom I spoke with, really went above and beyond to cater to my needs and put together this gift bundle! My aunt and uncle loved it - and of course it looked so lovely and perfect too! Thanks to Divine Artisan and Flora Artisan! Will definitely recommend your services to others!

This happened during March, was busy and haven't got the time to write this review. Don't usually write reviews unless it's a great experience or a horrific one, and in this case (a horrific one). Imagine having NO CAKE on your birthday and not knowing who to contact/call? This was supposed to be a surprise birthday cake bought by my fiancé. After having our dinner celebration, all my family members were waiting for the cake's arrival (Supposed to arrive at 7pm). We waited till 10.30pm and NO CAKE arrived. My dad has to drive out to buy a cake from a nearby bakery store (luckily still open) in order not to spoil the whole birthday celebration. This is very irresponsible, you can push all the blames to the delivery company for all you can but shouldn't your shop at least check if all the deliveries were all completed for the day? Or at the very least, leave a RESPONSIVE contact number? We tried WhatsApp-ing them, "online yet did not bother replying". Operating hours on Goggle 7am-10pm, service recovery 12.18pm the next day (amazing). First time in my life experiencing such a memorable birthday surprise. Such a disappointment for everyone and you suggested compensating a box of macrons and a sparkler candle? Seriously? Buy at your own risk!

Bought the lychee rose, as well as the mango peach sakura, lately... I prefer the lychee rose - cake was moist and it was not too sweet. Found the mango peach a little dry. But the parties love the pretty cakes. It is a refreshing change to the usual flavours.

Ordered their salted caramel cake for my birthday but was very disappointed. First of all, the taste of caramel is minimal. It tasted more like a cinnamon cake? Also, the sponge cake itself was so stale as if it was baked many days prior. We only had a tiny slice of cake before throwing everything away. Maybe someone else would appreciate the cake better but it’s definitely not us.

Thank you Vanessa for designing our wedding cake. We received praises of how good it taste from many of our guests which the service staffs also heard and told us. Apart from the taste, I believe everyone would agree that the aesthetics surpasses expectations.

I don’t usually give 1 star but the cupcakes were really very dry, feel like the shop kept it for many days. Although the flavour is good but the cake texture got no moist at all. Definitely not worth the price. ($6 for a cupcake) Ordered it as gift for my friend but received such feedback. Feel really disappointed. Cheated by all those good reviews online.

firstly, the delivery slot was 9am to 1pm, but I only received it at 1.50pm with no one to update us on our order. when I opened up to check, the cake was tilted to one side and was squashed. we paid $10 delivery fee just to get a squashed cake?? don't recommend and will advise everyone to order at your own risk. Really disappointed and will never order from them again. Update: they gave us a voucher as compensation and the second we ordered a sakura mango cake for a birthday celebration. It was really yummy and the delivery arrived on time. Hope the delivery service will be this good, and we might consider ordering from them again!
