Very unresponsive... Passed them my measurements including which door I want. Did not even bother to reply for a few days. Poor customer service, and their doors are expensive. Word of advice: Don't bother with this business!

I had a tough time to find a glass door that is not spray painted or overpriced and very slow in responding. This is a rare find and the owner Ken is very responsive and timely when comes to scheduling. I was abroad and this made it a bit harder for me to contact the rest in Singapore. Even when they replied, their service responding were slow. I had to watsapp and I am satisfied that the company made it happened for everything when comes to coordination. Invoice with receipt, timely, and responsive. This feels that I can trust them to do the work. They also sent me references and ensure expectations met. They also went down to do measurement twice before the work has been carried out. All the arrangements were very good. They even painted the side wall where the door is door in black to suit the glass door in Matt lamination. This is meant for my toliet doors (two of them). I wanted this type and style and the sides are made of steel so it won't be rusty and moldy. I dislike plastic doors as it will become dirty after a while. If the glass black sticker comes off eventually, I can always change to a new one. This is very good pricing and very good workmanship. I am very happy with the job. I highly recommend them for future work.

Irresponsible. Sales staff go back so cant submit quote. Door with defect since delivered. Since during cny i said its ok i understand now "fixed" but still not proper. Msg and call no reply. Pls avoid irresponsible contractor and remove the Dr since u not professional.

I had purchased four doors from them. The material don’t not feel good. They modified their door and their spare parts they don’t keep. If they are not selling that model anymore then good luck to you. Because mostly you won’t be able to find the spare parts to repair it. They expect you to change a new one. Their door feel fragile and not strong. Don’t even expect their after sale service. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Mr Kenneth Wong is very responsive on whatsapp, answering all my questions. I was looking for a slide and park window but due to new HDB regulations, Mr. Wong suggested to go with another option - Magic Bi-fold - instead as alternative which is sturdier and safer. His team is very professional in installing and handling the aftermath, making sure every corner is tidy and perfect. Job very well done, highly recommended!

I had the first generation Combi-Door since 2013. When the original manual press lock was getting worn out, I checked with Dr Doors for digital lock upgrade options. I was concerned that the old Combi-Door measurements couldn't fit the digital locks, especially the immediate panel next to the door latch area that was much narrower in the legacy Combi-Doors compared to the current versions that had a wider panel to cater to the digital locks. But Dr Doors was very professional about it. They had good experience with such upgrades on their legacy old Combi-Doors. Particularly their technician Kumar, with 10 years work experience with Combi Doors, was so professional and competent. Made the necessary modifications to my door and frame and installed the Samsung digital lock DR708. All this within 2.5 hours on site. I'm now a continued happy Combi-Door owner, with a nice digital lock upgrade refresh. Thanks guys!

Spent 4K on this. Less than 6 months the paint started to chip off on it’s own. After sales service is very bad. Promised to come and fix but never come.

Bakis and Raja had changed my old windows with new ones. I were deeply impressed by them. Work tirelessly, protected the floor with paper carton mat brought along by them. Done a wonderful job and cleaned up my floor after the work was done both inside and outside my house. Bakis also carried the window frame enthusiastically by climbing the fleets of stairs up to my unit on the 7th floor as it was too big for the lift. Never had I seen such a wonderful worker before...Dr Doors are blessed to find such good workers..
