Quite disappointed with my second experience. They messaged that they were going to deliver it from 7am-1pm to which I agreed. Didn't receive any call or text to inform me that my items were delivered so I just assume that my family member already received it. When I came home at 11pm+ I realized the items were outside my house for who knows how long...
For my first experience, it was slightly better. Even though the delivery guy was in a hurry, at least he called to inform me that the items were outside my house.
