Paid in full for made-to-measure service, where the shirt is meant to be delivered in 2-3 months. About 6 weeks later, they informed me that the fabric we selected was not available, and as there were no other fabrics we liked, I requested for refund. They said OK but 2 weeks later still nothing.
SA just pushes the responsibility to finance. Buy at your own risk.
