★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Initially i wasn't interested in purchasing the Dolphin vacuum. My wife agreed for a demo without consulting me and obviously I wasn't keen when Gerald Lee showed up to do the demo. But we ended up buying the vacuum. Not just because Gerald had convinced us that this vacuum could help us a lot with our chores, especially cleaning the aircons BUT ALSO BECAUSE OF HIS HONESTY AND ATTITUDE with no prejudice and his knowledge and confidence in the product he's promoting. To Gerald's Boss - Thank You for assigning Gerald for the demo. Thank you too to the gentlemen who came over to facilitate the payment and for being so courteous. Kudos to your team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got the Delphine machine from Jun Ping more than 3 years ago, it is really a very powerful machine for not only as floor vacuum but also can clean mattress and air of allergens! Recently have an issue with the switch and Jun Ping have kindly came down to pick up the machine for repair, with his deep knowledge he also knew what is the issue before sending back for repair. He personally sent back the machine after the repair even after normal office hours! Highly recommend getting Delphin and especially from Jun Ping.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stella came and did a demo cleaning for our mattress and air conditioning. She did a great job. There is a lot of dust and mite indeed. The way of using the Dolphin Vacuum (with water spray gun) to clean the air con is unique and effective, it's even cleaner compared to the conventional air conditioning service. Good service overall. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Victor- Victor is really good. He explains regarding the vacuum in details and patient to answer my questions. I was shocked with the dust on my bed and carpet!! Thank you Victor for taking your time to explain the machine uses, the material used to make the vacuum and the endless possible ways that this 1 vacuum can do at 1 price! Highly recommended.

He always give me prompt reply and immediate attention whenever I hv to send my machine for maintenance or due to replacement of faulty spare parts.
If any of my friends who are interested to replace their vacuum cleaners. I will strongly recommended him since he is very patience and knowledgeable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gerald Lee has a good interpersonal skills, excellent customer service and non aggressive salesperson. His clear explaination and demonstrate the uses of the vacuum cleaner efficiently. I decided to purchase the vacuum due to the simplicity of using the vacuum,easy maintenance and motor warranty . Since all the accesories is within my reach and it's compact, it makes my chores hassle free.
