*Update: 15 May 2022* Decided to give Doosh a second chance. Booked my haircut for 11am. Arrived 15mins to 11, the shop was still closed. 5mins to 11, the receptionist arrived. 1102, she told me that the barber, Prince, just her informed that he just woke up. She apologised emphatically. She tried her best with her service recovery, but I had enough. One year apart, two different barbers, same ghastly experience. This cements the one star review. To the management team: If you want to grow your business, customer experience is what will set you apart from your competitors. Please work on that. ---- Made an appointment with Danny on 12 November at 1pm. At 1250pm - just 10 minutes before my appointment - someone rang me up to tell me that my appointment had to be pushed back to 130pm because Danny was stuck in traffic. And I was already arriving at the barber shop. Very disappointing and not professional to inform a client just minutes before the appointment is due to begin. It was supposed to be my first time here but this incident turned me off and I would not patronize this place.

Got a haircut here and left with a very bad and short haircut which was unexpected considering the glowing reviews I've read here. Cut by macroon. If I'm not wrong he's the owner and you'd think he'd be better but the haircut turned out extremely bad. Well, it's my own fault for not specifying the length I wanted and leaving it up to the stylist's judgement as I wanted to change my hairstyle but I left with a terrible haircut. Expected better from this place. I was left with a fade on the sides and extremely short cropped hair on top. The total time taken was around 20 to 30 mins and compared to my past haircuts by neighbourhood barbers, I can safely say that my experience here was much worse and more expensive than that. Definitely won't be coming back anytime soon.

4 star haircut, 5 star barber. Barbers are humans too. My haircut was on 27th June 2022 2030 (won’t be naming him here to protect his identity). I showed him images to reference but I think he forgot, which is totally fine. My haircut rolled over to the next customer’s allocated time slot (which I’m sure he apologised to) because he tried making up for our miscommunication. My haircut isn’t perfect the way I wanted it, but it’s okay, because I value the fact that he cared about the service that I paid for. He was calm and collected, understanding, and professional. Please continue to train your barbers this way!

Told them im looking for DARK BLUE or PURPLE, stylist recommended me stoneblue which is DARK tone. Took them 6 hours, bleach my hair 3 times and charged me triple of bleaching fees ($48x3), so this is the quality? $200+ for patchy gold + green + blue? And many comments called this professional? Can you please refund me!?

First time I went to a premium (relative) barber. I got shawn to cut my hair and opted to trust him to cut his unique style. It was out of my comfort zone but I was extremely satisfied with the end result, especially the skin fade. Another big plus is the hygiene. I'm grateful that he sanitises his equipment regularly. I know this because my skin often flares up red at the nape but this time it did not at all. Great experience 10/10.

Always heard people saying fade fade fade. But dont really dare to give it a try until I met Shawn Prince. All I can say is he really did a great job. See the picture and my smile u will know how happy I am with the haircut. Highly recommended

Staff were friendly and pleasant.. but I spend 22 dollars and 1hr 20 mins for this. The barber that cut my hair if u are seeing this sorry bro you’re really very nice but if this is a mid fade I don’t want it man.. haircut on 1/6/22, 2pm
