I have use their air con service for 2 years ago, reasonable service price and done good job.

We had a problem with our AC. Took 2 hours to finally solve it. When the AC tripped after a few days. They sent even more senior techs over to give it a look. Finally the prob was solved. Charge was very reasonable. Definitely my goto for and AC related matters from now on.

Absolutely terrible and unprofessional. Made a Saturday 4pm appointment a fortnight in advance. Their staff called 3 days prior to the appointment to check if I can move the appointment to an earlier slot but I explained to them that it was not possible as no one will be home before 4pm. On Saturday morning 10:30am, staff called again to ask if I am home and if their technician can over then; I explained to them again it’s not possible as I am not home and that they had already checked on this. At 2pm, their staff called again to check if I am home and if their technician can come over then. Again I had to inform them that it is not possible as I am not home yet. Given their unwillingness to make the 4pm appointment, I cancelled it then. Their staff clearly is only focused on their personal convenience and not their client. If they are unwilling to accommodate the Saturday afternoon appointment, either they should just not agree to it or just call their clients to cancel it. Constantly disrupting their client is clearly unprofessional. Avoid them.

This company is a cheater, issued an voucher to customer with no expire date when we buy their aircon from them... But after they sold and installed aircon. Customer want to clean aircon to use the voucher, the company says cannot use anymore... They are not allowed...

Just dont engage them. Huge time waster. Late for 1 hour for the appointment to wash our aircon.

Absolute rubbish. Have used their aircon cleaning servicing services for a number of years but most recent job done was done badly. Was able to see visible dust and dirt even after the clean. Customer service also disappeared after I highlighted this, and just kept saying they will ‘get back to me’. Please stay far away from this company! Edit on 21 Sep 2021 The team has contacted me and have done a better job in their 2nd cleaning which I've requested for them to do a chemical overhaul. Hence I've revised my rating to 3 stars overall.

I had a very good experience with Mr Koh and Mr Neo while I was exploring replacement of my Aircon. They were very patient in answering all my queries and giving pricing for different options so I could choose. There was no pushy selling! Unfortunately I could not complete my purchase with them but I wanted to share the good experience I had in dealing with them. I will definitely consider this company for future needs. I've been using them for my servicing and In my most recent servicing today and the team realised one the fan blades broke. they managed to quickly source the part replacement and fixed it. really appreciate the good service and quick turnaround. highly recommended
