The 1st time, I ordered a bundle that should have contained 1 machine + 2 bottles + 2 CO2. They had sent 1 machine + 3 bottles + 1CO2 by accident. I only came to know of this about a month after the delivery when I followed up with the family. And even though it had been a month, Drinkmate was quick to apologize and sent the other CO2 without taking back the extra bottle. Before purchasing the 2nd order, I reached out to Drinkmate to check time of delivery as the housewarming was on the same day. They responded quickly and sad that they could prioritize the delivery so that I could make the housewarming on time. Compared to many other companies for various other products, Drinkmate's customer service is super prompt and super helpful. The product itself is great and pricing cheaper then sodastream. Strongly recommended.
I	Ivan C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Am a sodastream user using drinkmate refills for about a year. Being a big soda drinker, drinkmate has saved me easily over $400 now. At first I was hesitant, but after doing research online about drinkmate and CO2 refills in general I decided to try them out. Happy to say everything works and tastes great, and have recommended them to all my friends using sodastream who have made the switch. Despite what sodastream says about other cylinders damaging your machine, every cylinder works the same because physics, there's no special stuff in their cylinders. That's just fearmongering so you continue to purchase their expensive refills. Google the prices for refills around the world and see for yourself. Will definitely be trying out the drinkmate machine once my current one dies.

Have been using their soda maker for quite a few months now and it has been a daily tool for my family’s fizzy drinks. The good thing about it is there there’s no restrictions on what you decide to fizz up without voiding the warranty. Juices, cocktails, water or even flat beer if you want to :). Return of investment is pretty quick for daily users and helps reduce waste too. The best part about this company is the top notched service that they provide pre and post sales. Jeremy who runs the joint, Is a humble and super friendly person, who provides advices and goes out of his way to deliver for his clients. Even with a drive thru pick up for refills and purchases! P.S. Their refill exchange service is available at Xin Fu Tang branches around the island too.

Though i thought i got it sorted out, i still contacted them and they advised that unit should be changed. Got my unit replace in less than a day (and i got to keep the bottles)!! Im so thankful for their prompt reply and after sales service. One of the best purchases i had recently! I dont have to buy carbonated water anymore. Thanks!
