User friendly platform to search for a car with excellent customer service.

Voom Pte Ltd was the rental company. Arrangements of details took place on night before at 11.30pm. Pick up location changed from Joan road to Stevens drive. Comes to pick up time, no answer from company hp. Despite blue tick on whatsapp, simply refused pick up call. Called drivesg took ages to get thru. It's a nightmare u don't want or need.

Made a last minute reservation Drive.SG Customer Service was very helpful with my request will book again with them.

Rented a car from one of their so-called "partner" car rental companies and had bad experience. Provided my feedback, which was obviously negative, but it never showed up on the list of reviews on their website.

Booking of vehicles had been a seamless process from the booking from the website to driving the car. The system is reliable and the staff had been helpful with my enquiries. The cars provided were 9/10. Good condition and the prices are much cheaper.

Drive.SG has some good potential for bringing in all car rental companies with no frills easy to use common platform, with comparable and competitive prices. However, some rental companies would misrepresent their products by advertising their cars at premium or “Luxury Sedan” class, only to cite unavailability once booking is done by offering a lower class but newer vehicle. For example, a Honda Vezel should not be considered an equivalent or similar class to Honda Accord, given the former is an CUV while the later is Class D Sedan, with different ride quality. In my case, when further queried, the Honda Accord was a 10-year old car about to be scrapped. A so-called newer, with almost the same price bracket Honda Vezel was offered, touted as similar or better class of vehicle. Well, it turned out to be the most unrefined vehicle when driven long distance. CUV vs Luxury Sedan are dissimilar. Here are the conclusions: - Unscrupulous car rental company would advertise 10-year, almost COE-expired vehicle cheaply as “Luxury Sedan” in Drive.SG platform. - Upon booking confirmation, rental company would cite car unavailability and replaced with lower class but newer vehicle, claimed to be equivalent or better. - Buyer remorse after “consuming” the lower quality product, with no recourse from Drive.SG. In sum, Drive.SG should have proper due diligence process to prevent unscrupulous car rental companies from misrepresenting their products. If they managed to instil this process with consumers’ confidence, this ease to use platform would undoubtedly a 5-star company.

Horrible experience, booked a car 3 days before by paying in full. 1 day before the rental, get a call that the car is not available for the price and location. When i insist my booking was paid in full, said will call back. Only to get an SMS saying my original booking was cancelled and there is only other booking at $50 higher price, at Changi. Felt like cheated. DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!!
