★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer service and rude attitude. Made an appointment where they gave a timing 4-6pm. When my mom requested for them to come at 4:30pm, their representative insisted she could not come and said she will cancel the appointment. It was just a request, they could have said yes or no. Instead, she threw a tantrum and said she will cancel the appointment. DO NOT go to them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was using their services regularly for nearly 3 years but their customer service got worst every year, to the point where scheduling for any appointment takes weeks where others would reply instantly. Emily, the customer service officer never replies emails and is not helpful at all, even when you require urgent assistance. I have since stopped using their services and have looked for other more reliable aircon companies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been using durable for the past 4 years and while never being impressed by their communications, the service guys have been decent and price competitive. That said, now it's time to leave as their customer service is just not hitting any acceptable level. Even though having prepaid, it takes them more than a month to schedule an appointment. In addition, they have been sending their maintenance crew to my apartment twice but without sharing back any maintenance protocol or giving me an offer to repair/upgrade the aircon units. They must be losing a lot of business from being so unresponsive. Myself, I will look for other options.

When their technician came to check and within the next few days consumer call back to check how come after checking the aircon is not cold they are happy about the whole incident and claimed that consumer have no right to say their technician damage the system whereas we did not say that your guys damage the system but we are calling in to ask what is the reason so. So consumer have no right to ask anything after servicing? Lol
