Very helpful and patient with me as im very particular with the products that I will be purchasing. Never regretted getting my safety equipment from them especially after the detailed explanation provided by their staff, Jack before making my purchases. Will definitely recommend this place to my colleagues n friends. I will gladly pay a lilttle bit more than have my safety compromised. Thank you Durasafe and Thank you Jack! The manager of this place was supportive and understanding, and gave high-quality equipmrnt for a decent price. He also gave very good advice on the types of equipment suitable , ie the number of hours wearing it and whether you wear glasses. I have never been more satisfied with services provided. Professional and efficient! ??

The staff - Jack was very polite and understanding our needs for the safety shoes before he recommends us those that are suitable for our usage. Did that on thursday 20 may 2021. No replies. Had to physically go down to the store to enquire, during a pandemic where everyone could and should communicate electronically for an enquiry. Staff in the store was very helpful though. Props to Nelson the sales staff who was very helpful throughout.

Even though it was a Saturday, everyone was cheerful, helpful and assisted me with all the products that I wanted to try. Left with a new pair of Boots and Pants and a wide smile on my face.
