★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I regret hiring this company for aircon repair; they demand money without completing repair; when we asked them to attend repair & get money, they choose to go to court, wasting a lot of time of all involved.
We invited Dynacool owner to come and see himself that repair is not done. Instead of walking a few meters to physically see that his men didn’t complete the repair, he preferred to go to court and initiate a lengthy proceedings wasting our time & public money.
After seeing the wastages, I expect Dynacool to come & see the incomplete work and complete the same.
If not, I would never use this company again and also will not recommend to any of my friends.
