Very concerning that one of their Talent Acquisition Partner, Targa Sim (see pics), is spreading hateful homophobic comments implying that being gay is a disease over Facebook. It's one thing to have view on things, although the views are hateful towards things that are inherent to one's nature, it's another to go to the extent to comment about it publicly, especially when your profile states that you have a position at the HUMAN RESSOURCES of a big company. What the heck.

The worst company to work in. Racist Brits company with lousy people managers and toxic culture. High attrition rate with incapable management. Overpriced & overhype products that failed after warranty. Don't bother to waste time and money on this company.

Fan motor failing after 1 year. Arranged on site service appt but need to wait about a month for a slot. Got a slot for an afternoon and arranged my schedule to be home that afternoon, but dyson staff called me back and told me to reschedule for morning instead. Rearranged my other appts to the afternoon and waited the whole morning but nobody showed up. Called dyson and the staff said the service appt was now in the afternoon, not the morning. Nobody asked and nobody informed me that it was changed again. Dyson now wants to reschedule a new service appt instead after almost a month of waiting for this slot and they didn't show up. Poor after-sales service much :( oh well

Pay wise is above average. But company facilities is more like an SME than MNC although the workplace looks atas. The best part is they did not tell you that your job requires frequent travelling overseas when they give you the job offer.

Dyson after sales services is horrible!!! Follow up incident: At long last, Dyson sent a technician to my house in the morning. The most ridiculous thing was, the technician was informed to change the hair dryer for me. But from day one, my complaint was about the table lamp. Really sympathised with the technician for making a wasted trip, clearly sabotaged by the customer service officer for giving the wrong information. By the way, the Dyson table lamp (about one and half year date of purchase) caused a power trip yesterday. I can only advise users NEVER to buy their table lamp! ___________ Avoid Dyson at all cost!!!! Bought a Dyson table lamp. Slightly more than a year of usage, the adapter produced some weird electrical noise. - clearly it was an inferior product compared to other cheaper priced table table, readily available in the market. Since it was under warranty, I managed to set an appointment for a technician to drop by. After waiting for close to 2 weeks for the appointment date, I received a call from a technician to confirm my address at 3:35pm. And that was it. No one dropped by for the agreed and confirmed appointment. The next day, I sent an email to check what was going on? The same customer care advisor Ms Renu gave me some excuses about wrong/different address given to the technician. But clearly her reasons were weak. Her reasons didn’t explain why despite the technician confirming the appointment, he didn’t turn up. Or the reason why the technician didn’t pick up my call to him later. After Ms Renu explanation that another appointment would be arranged and my address was verbally confirmed over the call. When she sent me an email to confirm the next appointment. I realised my address in her email was incomplete. - a clear indication of lack of after sales service. Maybe all these was a strategy by Dyson to piss the customer off so much that the company could save money for after sales service expenses. In short, avoid Dyson products!

Received and have been using the TP09 Formaldehyde Air Purifier for 4 weeks now and if I am allowed to be very honest, I don't think it's a realistic buy for Singaporeans (or anyone living in a warm and non-seasonal country). According to the Dyson instruction manual, the purifier works best if all windows and doors are closed. However, it just isn't very bearable in a country like Singapore. Additionally, if I should leave my windows and doors closed, I would expect the fan to be somewhat strong but even at the strongest level (which is 10), I could barely feel it if I was more than 3m away. The bigger problem is that the fan, at level 10, is not very strong even when standing quite close. Furthermore, it is quite loud at level 10. If you're looking for a purifier and a fan, I would suggest getting one of each - whether from Dyson or elsewhere. I also think this particular model of TP09 would work better in other countries - where they have to keep the windows closed most of the time but the room/apartment is still relatively cool because of winter/their cooler climate. Lastly, there should be some improvements in Dyson Singapore's marketing and customer service teams. I bought my TP09 from Dyson's official store on a well-known Singapore-based e-commerce store. At that time, they were having a promotion where customers would get a "Complimentary $100 Dyson gift return voucher" if they purchase any of the 4 mentioned models from 3rd - 10th October. The voucher was valid until 31st October and will be given through the e-commerce’s chat by Dyson themselves if customers did not return it after the 14-days return period. My order was delivered on 17th October, and I confirmed its delivery on 20th October to give myself a few days to properly try the purifier/fan. As I did not receive any voucher, I messaged them on 2nd November to which they apologised and said they will further check on it. I wrote to them again on 3rd November to ask for an update and they said that my inquiry has already been forwarded to the relevant department and the person handling the chat on the e-commerce platform will get back to be as soon as they hear from this department. It's 9th November today and I still did not receive further updates regarding this. (Posting this review here because when I submitted my review on their official SG website, it says "Your review has been submitted for moderation". It's no wonder why this model on the official website has mostly 5 star reviews.)

I got dyson haridryer 3 years ago and it stopped working. After visiting the customer service they mentioned that the power cable has issue and motor (which cannot be replaced) is not functionally properly. I use this products for less than 5 min a day for 3 years. The customer tried to upsell to latest model, and as I understand from them that the machine is the same and only the attachments are new. I will never recommend this products to everyone. The website shows 5 star ratings but other places doesn't show the same.
