Long waiting time at clinic even if you make appt.
Dr EC Tan had a wrong diagnosis on me. I was having kidney stone but he said that I have prostate enlargement.
Staff in the clinic is rude, loud and demanding. For your info, I paid for the bill. I didn't received medical treatment for free. Even if it is free, show some respect to paitent aka people who are sick.
EC Tan should review his practice and stop cheating people of their money. Everyone he see... is all about prostate??? Cannot be right... and ask paitent to buy countless months of medicine. Singapore medical board should review this doctor.
By all mean, stay away fr this clinic!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Tan Eng Choon is not an ordinary Urologist. He was the only Urologist out of four, who correctly diagnosed me of Interstitial Cystistis(IC) , a chronic painful bladder syndrome ( PBS)and a rare one. (3 years since its inception). A very humble, professional, knowledgeable & patient doctor who put me off my trauma and pain. His treatment & medications brought about an instant relief/improvement to my pain & frequency. His staff are very busy with their work as they have many patients coming from oversea(pre-covid) .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think Dr Tan needs to change his staffs. They are all very rude. No empathy at all to the patients. The clinic are so crowded. You still have to wait for 2 hrs even though you have made an appt and come on time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best doctor in town … ! A lot of patient flooded in to see him as country is open up . The nurses have been patiently serve all the patients ! Really a lot of patient they need to serve . Spare a thought for them ! White angels is not easy !
