Honest seller. Came here to get new overgrips for my badminton rackets. Upon pasting the grips, one of them was defective but wasn’t noticed by me. The boss removed it and pasted a new one, saying that he could not sell something to be that was faulty. Nice chap too. Chatty

This is also the shop i frequented to buy badminton shoes and regular racket stringing. My family is very active in playing badminton. I bought 2 rackets from them about 1.5 months ago. I spent about close to $350 on both rackets. Last Sunday, one of the newly purchased racket frame was broken during our regular badminton session. The racket was used by my 12 year old daughter who is playing competitive badminton. Her regular string tension is 25 pounds. My daughter owns numerous rackets and this is the first time this has happened! The racket frame broke when she was smashing a shot. There were no signs of heavy knocking whatsoever. Since this is a newly purchased Victor Jetspeed racket, I went back to E-link to seek a replacement (which i think was due to manufacturer defect). To my horror, the boss rejected my appeal. Initially, he said that the frame broke due to my high string tension. After learning that the racket was used by my daughter (with string tension 25), he switched to saying the cause of breakage was due to heavy knocks!! WTH!! I appealed to him to send back the broken racket to Victor for assessment for manufacturer defect. This suggestion was brushed aside by him. He even claimed that he has the final say for racket replacement! He claimed that even the supplier of Victor rackets singapore has to listen to him! It seemed that he never have the intention to help regular customers like us!! I will never ever patronise this shop again. I have never given any retail shops a 1 star rating (if zero star is possible, i would have selected that!). For you guys who are considering buying premium badminton rackets, please buy at your own risk as the boss will never even consider your claim for manufacturer defects. This is the worst badminton shop i have been to! I did not take a photo of the broken racket as i was so angry that i threw the racket into the bin right outside his shop!!

First time purchase a racket their. Decent shop with all the necessary eq and items for both badminton and tennis. Most important nice person . Not those fussy seller that keep asking or push you to buy their things

Just bought a pair of badminton shoes and 2 tubes of badminton shuttlecocks from the shop after my several enquires on court shoes, shuttlecocks and badminton rackets. The couple is truly patience and attended to me calmly. Will be back for my badminton racket after cny.
