E Medical Clinic & Surgery (Toa Payoh) - 126 Lor 1 Toa Payoh

Excellent clinic. Visited without appointment on a Friday at 4PM, very short waiting time. Dr Lee and his clinic assistants were extremely professional, compassionate and knowledgeable. The medications issued were effective and I was reasonably charged. Highly recommended!

arrived to see two staff behind the counter. one was chatting informally with a patient, another staff was on the phone responding to a call. there was no greeting. i filled in the safe entry form and sat down. After reading for 20minutes later, i noticed that no patients were entering or exiting the clinic. I asked if the doctor was in and if i should come back later, I was asked to wait. Within 5 minutes, I was called in by a lady staff. She led me through the back door to a makeshift shelter with some flies buzzing around. she proceeded to swab my first nostril and after an extended pause, she said she needed to swab a second nostril. 1) she said that protocol is swab two nostrils. 2) i responded that the updated protocol is one nostril 3) she responded that everyone submits to taking two nostrils and that's how she has always been doing it 4) I insisted that I know the updated protocol is one nostril and asked her to double check. 5) at this point, she informs me that she isn't a doctor, she is only a nurse. she thinks that the doctor may be out for lunch. 6) I explain to her that this is my third experience doing swab and i'm confident of my knowledge of the updated protocol (swab once, not twice) 7) she repeats that everyone submits to taking two nostrils and that's how she has always been doing it, why do i have to make things difficult? 8) she steps out of the shelter and opens a window to call into the clinic for help. 9) this location is the back of the block after a drizzle and there are drip drops precariously where she is holding the swabbed cotton bud. 10) a staff responds that "one or two nostrils also can. two is safer." 11) with no explanation, i'm told to proceed to make payment and will be updated the results in the next 1-2days my visit was at 2pm, two days ago. I will be calling up tomorrow morning to check if my swab was sent to the lab.

Dr Lee is by far the best GP doctor I have met in Singapore, very knowledgeable and can articulate the root cause and solutions patiently. I find him managed to explain clearer and give better solutions than most specialists I have been to, e.g. eyes specialist for myself. Not only best for adult but also did great jobs for my kids, not necessary need to go PD for most times. Dr Lee and his nurses are patient and friendly. Strongly recommend Toa Payoh friends to try it as your regular family clinic!

Just went for my first visit today (on a Sunday morning) and I could immediately tell Dr Lee is a mature GP with strong deducing skills. He listens intently, makes his diagnosis in a very honest yet comforting manner. Takes the efforts in explaining his diagnosis. If possible, avoid going to 24 hours clinics, even by established providers such as Raffles. Most of the time, you get really young, rude and arrogant doctors that seem to care more on their aesthetics. Better to wait until morning to visit E Medical

Dr KH Lee is the best GP we have ever had, passionate and very meticulous in his checks. He will ask if he has missed out anything, never a GP has been so nice to check again before ending his consultation. Definitely our go-to Family GP.

Came by for a consultation to get a bite checked out and was attended by Doctor Lee. He was extremely meticulous and patient with my queries, no fuss at all. Jovial receptionists on the front desk too!

E Medical, fantastic service. Dr Lee and his nurses are very caring and kind. Compassion and wonderful people. Dr Lee always prescribe good medication and I recover fast. This is the only top notch service clinic in Toa Payoh.

E medical is my favourite GP around here. Dr Lee is very knowledgable, caring and kind. His diagnose is always accurate and his medicine is good too. He doesn’t prescribe unnecessary medicine. I’ve been here for years. He is also good with kids, my kids, 2 and 5 also see him when they are not well. The receptionist are friendly and helpful too. Thank you Dr and nurses, it’s always a pleasant experience here.
