Eg 1box of 6 fishballs, 1box of plain boiled lady finger, 1box of lemak fish, plain taste corn soup n every night the rice are hard just like cooked n left over in the afternoon. I have to cook it as fried rice. I have never had Tingkat in this kind of dishes n condition. I hope they can improve on their dishes. Thank you

Fried bee hoon was lumpy, cereal prawns were tasteless, sweet sour fish (or whatever we thought it was) was soggy. This caterer really cannot make it. Order at your own risk. At the time when there were cases of food poisoning, this caterer took it casually. I won't recommend ordering their food.

Their food was tasty and well-portioned for both of our catering events. They are open to feedback. Good value for money for the price point. Communication, transaction and delivery were smooth and efficient for both events. Will consider for other events too!

My aunt is DIABETIC, and she had no choice but to have white rice FOR ALL 5 WEEKDAY LUNCHES. I wanted to complain at the 3rd consecutive day of her eating white rice, but gave up since the request fell on deaf ears. I ordered additional suitable food via food panda instead. This is a waste of time and resources. 2. Food got from bad to worse towards the end of the week. Look at the photos and you will know. How is this worth nearly $12 per meal? 3. At the very least, food wasn't overly salty, but the caterer needs to heed more care for special requests and manage expectations if NOTHING will be done. Don't over promise and under deliver. 4. I've ordered from them while I was staying in woodlands, and things were not like that. But now, I'm never going to order from them again. My aunt lost 2kg in a week just because the main carbs were not suitable. She is serving quarantine and cannot head out for food at all. Am very disappointed.
