★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I personally live there the shops there are limited, however I think more will come. there currently has one mama shop, one coffee shop, a hair salon, clothes washing shop. There still are more shops at 120 .

Next to MRT station and bus interchanges with plenty of dinning shopping banking library postage community centre cinemas entertainment and amenities nearby at Sembawang Shopping Centre Sun Plaza at Sembawang MRT and Northpoint City at Yishun MRT.
