★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a terrible venue to host live bands. There is virtually no ventilation and the sound insulation/projection is really bad. I was at the front and you can't hear the vocals. Imagine that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the rapid growing events and rental companies in Singapore. Owns a huge warehouse of audio, visual and lighting equipment that supposes most of the live shows in Singapore. They even have a rehearsal venue inhouse where international artistes have their rehearsal there for their concerts before the actual show.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to bathe in the heat and sweat of local teenagers. Great DIY sauna. Tried standing under the AC but it just blew out room temperature air. If you're wearing a beanie in this place you're either a masochist or just bald and embarrassed.

It is not in the city centre and the venue is a bit difficult to find as the entrance is not obvious at all. If I remember it right, you have to sort of enter the car park thing to see the premise.
The venue is small but it is great for an intimate show. The downside is the poor ventilation… probably the most stuffy venue I have ever been to. That said, it is still manageable if the crowd size is small.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ulu location. Poor ventilation (only normal air conditioners?) Almost no sound treatment (looks pretty much like a bare warehouse unit). At least the sound mixing was passable though still too bass heavy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the Don Broco show held here. Just a short walk from Tai Seng MRT station, with pretty good sound. It got pretty hot, but I've been to worse, and what else would you expect from a lively, moshing concert?
