★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this place! Great spot to try some intriguing new alcohol and then buy a few bottles of whatever takes your fancy. Great list of alcohol from around the world. They've set up an entire flat, where you can not only try and buy alcohol, but which you can also hire for parties with friends!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a wonderful concept! Visiting EC's flat is like visiting an old friend with way better taste in cocktails than you - which is exactly why they designed it that way. Instead of a generic liquor store, you're welcomed into a colourful story - with a living room, bar kitchen and well stocked secret pantry that add details to the plot. Shout out to Richelle and the knowledgeable staff who make the Proof Flat come alive.

It's a liquor store with a sort of a living room setting. The decor is nice and the furniture is comfy!
They have a very good selection of spirits and liqueurs. You can taste before you buy as well.
Cheers to Hutch for always making me feel welcome when I'm there.

They carry over 300 bottles of spirits which you can taste and buy. Every Friday they organise a educational session on different kinds of alcohol which is a perfect way to start the week.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Proof Flat by EC Proof stocks a wide selections of spirits, home bar tools, cocktail items, and books. They also offer experiences to teach you more about spirits and cocktail making. To me, EC Proof is the go-to-location to stock up for craft luxury spirits. The main ‘living’ area is decked out with huge leather sofas, wooden panelling, and quirky details, while at the rear of the flat you’ll find a secret drinks library.
