★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eco Sanctuary is a nice place to live in! Friendly neighbours, near greenery, amazing view, many amenities! It is near Hillview MRT with many buses leading towards the city. With the new and upcoming commercial/residential place it would be even more convenient. There is a skygarden on the 14th floor with a spa pool and lounge to eat and enjoy the scenery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Security is ok but if you have the upper floor...level 24 especially...with the pool of course...goodness gracious...the view without doubt is the best...u can even see JB in a way...all the forestry that we have...WOW

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice view and location for nature lovers. Maintenance and building quality is below average. Multiple roof leaking on the ground floors and damaged shades which are not repaired for years at pool site. Quite run down after not even 5 years after TOP. All walls inside are wooden, so when people sleep in the rooms, the noise coming from living room is very dominant.

Be surrounded by nature, enjoy your peaceful resort living lifestyle away from hustle and bustle of the city :) though it requires one direct bus to Hillview MRT, it takes 1 min drive to KPE and PIE. Very convenient by car to all areas due to nearby expressways. 2 bedrooms layout is very squarish and functional. Rare exclusive butterfly gate that is linked to the nature park. Best recommended place for nature lover.
