★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Still good for small size office cum factory/warehouse.... w amenities like gyms, courts, swimming pools.... but e pool shd install sensor lights ARD e pool n not oni INSIDE e pool itself as its quite dark for a swim after 8pm

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not that easy to reach if don't drive. But if you go there once too many time. It's just spending a little time on walking n a few bus stops. The the building expecially the top 2 floors can be confusing as u need to go level 9 (lift button) but it's actually level 8 as level 9 is a level inside level 8 unit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manis Cafeteria at Eco-Tech is very good food court to have all variety of food, the Indian & malay food here good taste, but you should Q long for Indian food as he the lunch is only ready by 12:30, but by this time Malay food will be finished. All other food also economical and tastes good.
