β β β β β Disappointing service. I sent my wedding gown and groom's suit to be cleaned after my wedding and it took them more than 3 weeks to get back to me on the wedding gown laundry service. They were recommended by my gown boutique but when my husband and I tried to get my gown back about 2 weeks after sending it in they did not reply despite several attempts to contact the shop and its direct mobile phone number. This went on for days until we contacted the boutique where I bought the dress and then they finally replied. When I got the gown back, the dirt stains on the hem were not thoroughly removed, a grey stain can still be seen. I have to find another laundry service and hope that this comes off. Appalling.
