★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They came up for one treatment and within 4days we reported there are still rodents spotted.
They did come up for another thorough treatment but of no avail as we spotted another few on different occasions.
It clearly shown the treatment is not effective and address to the problem but this time they are going to charge even though they have not address to the service that we paid for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a beehive building up in my home. EcoSpace team was extremely patient, helpful and provided excellent guidance what to look out for via WhatsApp. Even on a Sunday! They even offered an on site job in 2 hours. Very professional and highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to thank Victor and his staff for addressing my bed bug problem. Prior to engaging Victor's company, I had a terrible experience with NoPests services. Not only did they not address the bugs problem, they blame us(customer)for not following their instructions. Not only that, they will keep charging us to continue with their services. Lucky enough I googled search and found EcoSpace Pest Management. Their staff were very puntual, patient, understanding and very professional in their approach in addressing the bug problem. They did many treatments and only with their undying efforts the bed bugs were totally eradicated. I would highly recommend EcoSpace Pest Management to anyone who have a similar problem. Once again, thank you for a job well done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very impressed with service. General Manager Victor came for site inspection. He came on time. Very patient to explain problem to us. When he confirmed it was not likely a pest problem, he continued to explain the issues to us eventhough he knew that he would not have the business. Very hard to find a genuine person who is interested in the problem and knowledgeable. Later he left with some advices and did not charge inspection fee. Would highly recommend to my friends and neighbours next time. It is important company has expertise , responsive and and good work ethics to customers. Ecospace fulfills this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hired them to solve rodent issue. They gave false assurances that they were professional and would resolve the rodent issue. Unfortuantely, it didnt turn out that way. Representatives gave conflicting instructions during the process. Rodent problem continued to persist less than a week after they "completed their job" and when notified they accepted no responsibility and said that the job was considered done. Best not to use this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommended! When i first approach for their service, I asked if i will need different pkg that require recurring follow up. Victor informed to get 1 time service first to access how bad the situation is before they can advice us. This 1 time service also cover after 1 week review.
However for my case, the ants are persistent & Victor assisted 2nd time service. To my dismay, the ants came back after another 1 week plus which I texted Victor again. With no hesitation, he arranged his manager to assist this time round. Im very satisfied with their service overall! Their service level is defintely not looking for 1 time business.

Was losing sleep due to bedbugs and Darren was super patient and helpful answering all of my questions even in the early morning or after office hours. The team were very detailed and helpful during the treatment as well. You can stay in the premises as well without worrying where to go for hours.
