I am soo glad I landed up in this shop to seek help! Needed to get something done urgently and asked the boss if he could help. He , together with his son , patiently working together to create a piece of artwork which they were not obligated at all ! Of course with their great help, ! I got what what I needed ! Thank you for being so patient , helpful gracious even for just one page printing ! You guys have gone the extra miles to serve out of your heart and I am really impressed and of course very thankful ! Great job !! Thumbs up !!!

The guy who attended to me was very friendly. Within 5 mins, my 80 pages, black & white were printed. Good quality results too. Love it!

Would happily give ZERO stars if I could. Had an extremely unpleasant experience with this shop. The reason I went there through by Google review. However, it NOT deserves to have a high score. The Malay lady provided unprofessional service and rude attitude. First, she spoke with impatient to me as she asked me which files I need to print out. I told her politely after that she was speaking very angrily and pointed out that I should change 2 files from JPG to PDF. It is not my professional how do I know the files have to change. And, she charged me $5.80 for 9 pages of black & white and 2 color pages, included GST (she mentioned)! If you only need to print documents, go to the shop opposite them, just only $0.10 with good service and very helpful. Will strongly advise all do not make purchases at this shop.

The poeple working there are so nice, helpful, generous and hard working. Despite the difficulty of my printing task and cutting, there were willing to do it without any complaints and delivered it quickly! Shoutout to Sharmini and the boss for going the extra mile to give me advices even on Illustrator! I'm not from around Ubi, but travelling to this shop was worth it! Highly recommend them for their services! Keep up the good work :)
