Very satisfied to have chosen them for all our offline and online business. The whole company from the CEO , Sales, Support are totally dedicated to support small companies like us which is so important to ride through the current tough pandemic. Will recommend to all F&B and retail business to use Edgeworks and leverage on the government grants for POS implementation by them and embark on online capabilities.

Horrible apps and their server, take so long to load and then error message. Using apps on mobile is supposed to be a convenient way to get real time data,this is not the case here. ?

Please be careful of Edgeworks. No customer service at all, no response, after they take your money they won't respond for issues even though you're still early in your warranty. Please beware!
