My favourite laminate shop in Singapore. They recently renovated their outfit to include large full sized samples which made choosing much easier. I love their new fenix range as well, it's pretty amazing.

Diverse selection of gorgeous laminates. Showroom is very well done up. Staff is knowledgeable and very friendly, allowed us several A4 samples to take back for reference. Thumbs up! :)

Extremely poor customer service. Arrived at the showroom on a Saturday, on a happy note to look for laminates for our new place. Noticed that all the service officers were busy, so we decided to take a look around on our own while waiting for someone to help us out. When one of the service officer was freed, I noticed that she went up to serve a foreign couple (who arrived later than us) first - sure, no issues on that. We continued for another aimless half an hour on our own trying to figure the arrangement of the laminates, and trying to pick them, not even knowing the use cases, cost and quality. 1.30pm, one of the service officers told me that they were closing - and I haven't even been served yet. Nice. A wasted trip to see laminates that I don't know anything about, and have not brought back any knowledge of it as well. Double nice. On top of that, I made a wasted a trip all the way from eastern Singapore to a secluded part of western Singapore. All for a mere few samples that I could have asked my contractor to get. Triple nice. Great job guys, for wasting and ruining my lovely Saturday!

Went to EDL on 20 Aug 20. Was met by friendly staff including an uncle from their warehouse guiding us where to park the car. Gibby, from Marketing dept, attended to us. He is very patient and knowledgeable. He explained to us the different types of laminates and showed us all the full height panel samples. We left the showroom with quite a handful of samples. Overall experience ? Excellent! I have asked my designer to use EDL for my home renovation albeit he is a little reluctant.

Service is awesome. I was there just 2 days before I need to confirm the laminates with my contractor. Showed them the design of the carpentry work, they immediately shortlist a few suitable laminates and give me the A4 size samples. The next day, I called and requested for a few more samples to be delivered, I told them I needed it on the day itself as meeting the contractor the next day. They delivered to my place that very afternoon. I called them again for some queries over the weekend and they were so responsive. Superb service!!

Made a trip yesterday hoping to pick out some samples. We were kindly served by Barbara, who is sooo patient and friendly throughout! She was able to recommend us suitable shades of white which we have been having a headache with, and also offered to show us a few large panels from the marble series! Thumbs up for the great service :)
