We had lunch today and ordered 1 ceaser salad, 1 popiah and chay kway tiow. We were shocked to be served 1 whole lettuce cut into half with 3 pieces of smoked salmon rolled together for our salad. The popiah took a long time to be served. Cutlery were of irregular length. Difficult to get staff attention. I requested to speak to chef to reflect on the food. I was told the chef was gone. Anyway, we will not dine at Element with such sub standard service in a hotel restaurant again.

Food well above average.. Had the chicken popcorn starters dish. Great value, huge portion. Too much if you are alone! Fried with lots and lots of red chillies, very hot and unique! The Czech beer is great. Ravioli was good too. The staff were quite courteous, professional and prompt. Overall very good experience worth visiting. I miss the old Spanish type menu especially the paella which used to be very good.

Went during weekdays, not even happy hour or peak time (can see very obvious only less than 6 table occupied). There is nothing wrong with the food and drink. Nothing wrong with the staff attitude and service. The problem is they are understaffed! Only 2 person working. One person preparing drinks and taking care counter. One person is running around to attend orders, customer request and deliver orders. If you willing to wait more than 20 minutes for your drink and 40 minutes for your food ( light snack , not main course. God's know how long will it take for main course) during non peak time. By all mean try it.

The ambience was less rowdy and rather intimate setting. The spread was limited. The flow of the spread seems odd. Desserts were placed almost at the start of the table. The flow should be cold dishes and salad first, followed by cuts of meat, then hot dishes. The freshness of the food was never in question. Yummy! However, one matter disturbed me; there were lots of small flies hovering around the area of hot drinks. Some of these flies even flew and landed on my sashimi. Yucks! Only one service staff, Helen an intern from Taipei, was exceptional. She was efficient and very hardworking. Overall, a decent place to enjoy your meals with friends.

1 star for walk in customers. Went Wed evening for light bites and drinks. Less than 5 customers during peak dinner time should have been a warning sign... Waitering staff kept getting the order wrong (3 times). Poor stock of wines on menu. Brought the wrong wine and than somehow found our first choice (which they claimed was out of stock). Food taste is ok but not awesome, value for money is poor.

First visit. I had the Hi tea set with creme brΓ»lΓ©e tea. Creme brΓ»lΓ©e tea had the sweet smelling kind of fragrant. The hi tea set was average, service also average. Server totally forgotten our tea order and asked again what tea did we order. Nothing impressive.

I was here during lunch hour on a weekday, there was only 2 tables occupied. There was only 1 service staff and it was very hard to get her attention as she was busy doing her stuffs. Each time we got her attention, it took her a few mins to come to our table. I ordered the kurobuta pork and food took close to half an hour to be served. Half of the meat served were fats which are not consumable, while the lean parts were decent - properly seasoned and cooked well. Overall the service + food + value for money are poor and I would not come back again.

Went to Element Hotel for buffet lunch with team and love love love the sashimi! They're super fresh, huge slabs and we can't get enough of them! The desserts are great too! Service from the staffs are outstanding and they're all very friendly
