โ โ โ โ โ Bought brand new bicycle from Bike World at Elias Mall. Problems with the pedal crankset rotor since day one. Go back to fix 4 times. But problem never solve. 5th time said must change whole rotor. No warranty. Must pay for it. Buy at your own risk. Poor service. Waste time, waste money. Will not recommend this shop. Now I go to bicycle shop at Pasir Ris East Community Club for service.

โ โ โ โ โ My favourite place for a quick breakfast & lunch when in the area. Nearby are supermarket, home hardware & few restaurants available. Crowded mostly on weekends morning & evening. Price of food & items are affordable. Place generally clean. Drop off for disabled available. Community center located next building.

โ โ โ โ โ Dated mall in need of some good renovations. Served the western population of pasir ris with some good brands. Laid back atmosphere and only naturally ventilated. Don't need to dress fancy to visit the mall. Carpark behind the Sheng Shiong is always full. Otherwise good place to chill and shop after dinner.

โ โ โ โ โ The mall that have a halal coffeeshop with great chicken rice, a shengshiong, barber, clinics, macdonalds at the nearby cc. But dont park at the loading unloading because it is very expensive after the free 10mins, the multi storey carpark is better

โ โ โ โ โ Quiet in a sense. Shengsiong is not so accessible to seniors, pregnant ladies because of the stairs going up and down to the supermarket. It's big, good space only steps going up and down, lifting groceries. Very taxing

โ โ โ โ โ Basic neighborhood mall with sheng siong supermarket, Aircon food court, UStar supermarket and many other shops. Mix of visitors from the neighborhood as well as people who exercised at the nearby pasir ris park. Common sighting of young people with paddles, sports wear, bicycles, etc.

โ โ โ โ โ A bit like Loyang Point, just smaller. The 3 eateries here serve the residents here well, just that you get tired of the food easily as the choice is limited. But you have other options like Domino's, Canadian Pizza, McDonald's to complement it, so it's not too bad.
