Would have given them ZERO star if this option is available. From mar 2018, took 3 mths to 'setup' my campaign but came back FULL OF ERRORS and PROBLEMS. Specifically instruct them we're a local company, only market locally. In the end we had visitors from all over the world. Ask them to make a single change, took a whole 2 weeks to hear their team oversea that they're still looking into it. Went to write a review on their facebook page, found out all 5 stars are written by their co-founder. Wrote a review on their facebook page, they conveniently remove the entire review function. Terminate the contractor early, now they also conveniently stop doing their work. Sending me rubbish traffic. Till date, Aug 2018, my dashboard still not working properly. 'STILL" looking into the issue. You have been WARNED!

If possible, I will not even give a Star to this company! I engaged them for my digital marketing campaign in Sep last year. Firstly, they took almost 2 months to get ready the campaign and it was error ridden. Nonetheless the campaign was started in Nov 2017 after multiple and slow revisions. Yet till today Mar 2018, I have received zero, yes, ZERO emails or calls!! This after being billed $700 per month since Nov 2017!! And when I asked for an explanation, not only were they unable to explain, their only excuse was to do more promotions. And since I am getting ZERO results, I refuse to pay and they serve me with a legal letter without even discussing the issue with me first. Nightmare to engage such a company. Stay far far away from them!!!!

We have a slight background in online marketing and this idea of marketing using technology is very smart and makes sense for SMEs. Other companies may charge a percentage as a maintenance fee, which then makes business owners spend an additional 10% to 20% on top of their budget. Using technology to maintain and monitor without increasing marketing budget is a win-win situation for both vendor and client. Looking forward to greater results in the future.

I would like to compliment a Cleoo staff, by the name of Xin Xian, together with her marketing team who has been helping my company in assisting with online marketing for the past few months. Good service from staff Thibault and Xin Xian. Good to go with Cleoo if you want a good coverage of different platforms using AI. Downside would be the transparency from having your own Google Analytics Account and backend features. Pros and cons to using AI but overall, pleased with the services provided by their staff.
