No ones answers the phone ever. Guys, a little reminder that you are public workers and that you have to provide a service. Very annoying.

I have applied for the tourist visa thru their appointed agent BLS. I submitted a carta de invitacion but did not get to collect it at the same time I collected my passport. This is the 2nd time it happen to me. I really don't understand how these two agencies works. BLS didnt even know they need to get back my carta de invitacion, then the embassy didnt even check the papers when they send my passport to BLS. Such a failed service.

The staff at the embassy of Spain were incredibly helpful and patient with my application process. Grateful for such a pleasant experience. Thank you!

I just wanted to express my greatest gratitude towards the Spanish Embassy in Singapore. I had to urgently issue an emergency passport outside of "open to public" hours and shortly thereafter they managed to arrange for a temporary one, which enabled me to catch a flight the afternoon of the same day. Back in 2018 a family member went through a similar situation and the response from the Spanish Embassy in Singapore was equally outstanding. Thank you very much to the Spanish Embassy employees in Singapore!!! #MarcaEspaΓ±a

I've tried to call many times, but the automated system always directed me to voice message. And twice, that wasn't followed up on. But on the occasion that I got through (and just in time too!), the lady over the phone was patient, helpful and knowledgeable about my situation. She saved me a small fortune as well from the notary. When I got there, the same lady was more than helpful. They gave me what I needed with 15 minutes. Very efficient, altogether. I'm grateful. P.S. For anyone applying to a Spanish school, please feel free to get in touch. We could commiserate and I'd be happy to share what little I know.

The worst embassy ever, not just the worst Spanish embassy but the worst EU embassy. They have appointed BLS International as third party coordinator for the collection and submission of documents. BLS never answers phone calls and nor do they reply over email. The embassy doesn't care about your travel arrangements, they just ignore everything. It's better to pick a different country in the EU instead of Spain. Why should you bring your tourist money to Spain when they do not even care. Such useless people. Not sure how they even get appointed to work for the Embassy.

It is the worst European embassy. They are old-school and take weeks to approve the visa which will mess up your plans. It is better to apply at a different country in the Schengen area. French embassy approves visa in two business days. Spanish embassy take anywhere from 3 to 4 weeks. The people who work here are insensitive, careless, and dishonest.

Train your staff who's answering the phone to be less rude especially when I continued to speak in a level tone and ask questions because of terrible unclear procedures, and had the displeasure of speaking to the rudest person i have ever spoken to. He seems tired of his job and life in general. Maybe you should let him go.
