★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. We have made the payment but did not receive the hard copy of the certificate after the course. Called their hotline to check, but their staff Doris was very unhelpful and asked us to write email to them again even though we did but never got any replies from them. Course fees are overcharging as well. Do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have seen 1 Chinese old driver drinking alcohol in efar's ambulance in IMH carpark F. Guess he is from China with strong China accent when he speaks. At first I thought he might be relieving stress after a day work. But no... after a while... he drove off in the ambulance.
