★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't recognize the Emirates. The quality of the service dropped substantially. The representatives boarded the passenger then realized that there was a problem with IT in the first class. It took them 4 hours to fix it. All this time we were in the plane. After takeoff, the flight attendants took their sweet time to serve food. The passengers were so hungry but the flight attendant tried to be pretty instead of efficient and fast. Some passengers were able to eat food twice because of very poor service.

I booked a flight with them to transit from Bangkok, but when I went to the airport, they told me Thailand doesn't have transit and I should have a visa, so I lost my flight altogether. I tried to call them many, many times no one person picked up the phone, and the online chat didn't work. On the emirates website for Thailand, covid restrictions are written open for tourists, and no mention of no transit
