★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reliable, trustworthy and easy-going. Went to install my full bodykits and exhaust tips. He collaborates with other workshops to provide a one-stop solution for modification of different parts.
Initially when i collected my car, the position of the exhaust tips did not meet my expectations. However, he reassured me that customer satisfaction is the most important to foster long term relationship. We discussed to have the realignment of my exhaust tips the following day at the workshop. To my surprise, he brought his own cutting tool kit and did the labour work himself to ensure my rear bumper will be trimmed with a smooth finish. Thereafter, he assured me that all was good before handling the car over to another worker to do the welding. Last but not least, the charges were absorbed by him. High recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Victor from Empirekit, is a very reliable and trustworthy man. Usually I’ll ask him to deliver to my house then transfer the other half of amount to him. But this time I asked him to deliver to my workshop. And with no complain he delivered. Also I was told to transfer the other half before he deliver. I was worried. But nevertheless he sent me a pic of my bumper at my workshop. Nowadays very hard to find trustworthy owner. And I’m Glad that I found 1. Thanks Victor for your service and patience.
Very responsive and knows what I need and want. Prices wise, reasonable.
Will come back for more mods stuff.
