The Kopitiam at NCID isn’t crowded compare to TTSH main building side.
Empress Porridge has more than Porridge. They have soup, kueh, Lu Rou Fun, Mee fun etc... and they have choice of white and brown rice.
Staff are amazing!! They are lovely and give me good customer service with big smile.
