The Enforce employee adjusted some wires, caused our 3 month old gate security system to stop working, and then asked us to buy a new gate security system from him. We have just bought a new house, and have only used the security system installed by Enforce for three months. The side gate button is slow to respond. On Tuesday, Mr Desmond Sales Engineer came to fix the responsivity of the side gate button. He adjusted some wires, and not only did he not fix it, the side gate button spoiled. The side gate cannot be used. Mr Desmond said that this is not his fault, "the system is old". There is nothing that can be done, except to buy a new system from Enforce. On Wednesday, we asked our old contractor from our old house to come look at the system. He fixed the entire thing including the smart panel within two hours by connecting some wires together and charged us under $50. I hope Enforce can reflect and improve on its service.

Just had our Enforce autogate installed today, but we started talking to a few different gate contractors since a few months ago. The gate installation team is superb and very helpful, making sure we are clear of the gate’s functions and how to operate it. In terms of gate quality, we are thoroughly impressed. Shortly after the installation was completed, we sighted through our CCTV camera, our neighbors gathering to admire this master piece of an art.
