★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented a 10ft lorry with canopy from Eng Hup Vehicle Rental for a week, the person in-charge is Lim Kien Soon. My delivery driver collected the lorry at 4.10pm. At 9.20am the very next morning, my delivery driver informed me that the lorry is not in a bad condition because (1) the oil indicator is not working (2) when driving speed is above 60km, lorry starts shaking badly. I then called Lim Kien Soon to request for an exchange of a functional lorry but he said there was none. I then requested to return the vehicle and for a refund for the remaining 6 days, but he refused.
This is a dishonest and unreasonable part on the rental company as they have given me a FAULTY vehicle which can jeopardize the safety of my workers on the lorry. The fact that they refused to refund me subsequently is absolutely unreasonable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are only good in servicing stock cars. Unfortunately Caused an engine leak n cut my engine oil temp sensors after servicing my car cuz they duno my car got an engine oil cooler. Charged me another 70 to repair engine oil leak after that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had my flat tyre repaired. Business run by extremely honest and friendly uncles who didn't jack up the price despite today is CNY eve. Meeting them when worried over the need to use my car during festive period definitely made my day. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my aircon and alternator belts replaced today. Mechanic recommended I change my oil seal as the oil was leaking onto the pulley and belt.
Decent price and excellent service. If you want it any better/cheaper than this you'll have to get the parts from a stockist and fix it yourself.
Uncle even served us cold drinks.
Highly recommend this shop.
