★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried to make appointment for servicing and was told they were busy and to find someone else. Asked to arrange for alternative date and they refused to entertain, insisting I go elsewhere. All four aircon units at my flat were installed by this company. Very disappointing follow up service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After using them for 3 years servicing they rewarded me with an improper chemical cleaning of two fan coil units with very
unsatisfactory cooling improvement. I had to pay another company to do a proper chemical clean and units were very dirty. The boss gave me various stories as to why cooling still not good after cleaning.
I do not recommend this company. Not honest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service not recommended. Poor installation of the piping for the aircon units. Corroded pipings and caused leaks every 6monthly without fail, 4years after installation. Had to change the entire set of aircon in the house after 7-8 years. No after sales service too.
