It was an enjoyable experience as Naveen assisted me through every step of the way and was prompt to answer any of my questions. My family loved the breads and am definitely going to sign up for another one when time permits!

Instructions on SkillsFuture claims/cancellations were clear and easy to follow, and she went out of her way to assist with my request for a change of course last minute due to scheduling changes on my part (even though it was on a weekend!).

I was looking for baking school which accepts psea acount payment as my skillfuture credit was used up for other courses and thrpugh june i got to know about bitc school, she is a friendly person and also responds and explains about the course well and after the course with the certs what i will be able tp achieve. I today successfully completed my bsic cake and im going for my advance cake course next....thank you once again to enspire and also june once again for giving me the encouragement and support throughout the course journey

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nani gave friendly service and helpful follow up. The baking class at BITC Havelock 2 was fun, informative and very hands-on which I like. the premises clean well equipped and workstations big enough to accommodate 4 pax comfortably. Like that the classes are capped at 20 max.
Very happy with learning how to bake yeast raised pastry from scratch.
