★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last month I ordered a tubing for security cable on a Wednesday afternoon. Told them will collect the next morning.
The next day, I reached their office at about 10am but was told the item was not ready for collection. It's just bcos their guy never prepare yesterday after I confirmed the order
The worst thing is that his haven't reach office until 11am.
So he frantically search for the item I wanted but couldn't find it as he was given the wrong Code.
By the time I collected the item, lt was almost 12 noon. Very frustrated ?
