Wr have slipped in Ross Haven located in Townsville Queensland, the amenities have been filthy dirty. The manager is so hard to contact, always being told he will come and see us about services we need but have only had him turn up once, he agreed to have our boat started on Monday but when I went in and seen staff it was not even booked in, they left messages with him to contact me, no calls from him then we noticed another vessel in the blasting bay, I then asked staff and they said he will do the other vessel first. This is not what we agreed to, he told us to stop sanding on the Wednesday so he would have it sandblasted on the Monday, so we stopped loosing 5 days of sanding, we could of already had it ready to go back in the water. Don't believe what you are told from this slipway, they have no care for your time and what it is costing you. Very unorganised and unprofessional.
