This web is awesome! Every time I had friends visiting me in Bali I had booked some activities on eOasia to do with them, and it was always amazing :) Super easy to book directly online, best customer support and the activities are so much fun!

DO NOT BOOK with eOasia, complete cheaters. We booked a tour to Komodo with them, and the website said that 1 day entry to Komodo was included in the price. Then, when we came to Komodo, our guide told us that it’s not included, we tried to check the website again but the info was deleted. Fortunately, we found the website’s caches and figured out that the information we saw was deleted a couple of days before our trip. Our demands were declined by the company’s representative Cristina with the lies that they deleted this information long time ago and didn’t know what happened. Although we all remembered that it was there. Very disappointed with the company eOasia. Never again!

The worst agency ever.They cancelled my tour for Universal Studios Singapore for the next day. Eoasia told me to purchase to other websites and will refund the money after 5 working days. I told them how can I purchase to other websites if they will refund it after 5 working days and my tour is on the next day. I suggested that they should be the one purchase it on my behalf because they have my money but I cannot reply to their fb messenger anymore. They only replied twice telling me they cannot purchase it..Their story in their fb page is not true that they want us to have a quick and easy for our vacation time. It is not hassle free.

Beware! This company is an unreliable middleman that may leave you stranded if they can’t work out the transportation they sold you. We purchased boat tickets with airport pickup and arranged a trip around it. A few days before the trip I got an email with no phone number telling me that they couldn’t pick me up at the airport and that I should try to arrange the 1.5 hour transportation myself. Hmmm ok. Frightening. Just an email too from “Cristina Ortiz-Olave - Customer Support Happiness Manager” Yikes. I did make my own way to the boat pier only to find that there was no reservation for me and that they had never heard of the “company” Eoasia. Hmmm. Terrifying. Luckily I had taken out cash at the airport and was able to pay myself for 1. The airport transfer that was paid for but didn’t materialize, 2. The motorbike ride to the pier and 3. The boat tickets that I’d paid for and showed up for only to end up just paying cash for them like every other sweaty traveler that day. My wife was crying and I needed to comfort her the rest of the trip to Gili T. Lesson: have tickets in your hand when you travel and also take out lots of cash when you arrive at the airport. And most importantly, don’t book anything with this garbage company Eoasia.
