★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Updated: The first month after moving in was extremely noisy from the neighboring contruction site. It has since then improved, but there is still 24/7 construction noise. If you are sensitive to sound it might not be a good place to live, or at least take certain precautions in terms of contract etc. Other than that, the staff is very friendly and the facilities are good, although the gym leaves much to be desired.
