As for the chair itself, it is very comfortable and much cooler than my leather chair previously.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Epic Gear rocks! Excellent customer service. They were able to understand what I was looking and make pertinent product suggestions resulting in a sale and satisfied customer.
Specifically, I was looking for a 4K high refresh rate panel and they were able to give the right advice and point out where the manufacturer website was wrong (!). If you are a PC enthusiast, I am sure you can appreciate a seller who actually know deeply their product.
