I had such a horrid experience getting my name card printed here. I was told that it would take 1 week but on the day that I was to collect the card, they emailed me saying that they had staffing issues and would need 4 more days to deliver the cards. After 4 days, they delayed it for another 2 days saying that I did not give them the file in the correct format so it is taking longer (even though it had been more than a week since they had that file and had accepted the order). Then they said that there was a machine defect and they would need another 4 working days. But it didn't end there. They claimed that they had another machine defect of a different kind and would have to reprint the cards yet again. I am normally quite patient and do not like to pick fights but things had come to a point where I was attending client meetings without the cards. They seemed to make no effort at all to speed things up. I don't know if this is just how poor their operations are or if they treat small businesses like they are doing them a favour. Finally 3 weeks after I had placed the order, I called them a few times to check what the status was. The lady told me that her factory manager was not answering her call and she would call me as soon as she talks to him. She never called. In the evening, I called her twice but she did not pick up. She then called me back and started shouting at me saying that I kept calling her and disturbing her during a meeting she had with a client. I tried to ask her what time I should come the next day to collect a refund, she started shouting again and cut the call. It was very upsetting to be treated in such a horrid manner by them and I will never be using their services again.

very fast and professional work! you just show your draft, no need to explain your work to them but they already know how to make your work more beautiful,fashionable and attractive at the first glance and sure you will get higher score than your raw design, becausethey are not just simple printing shop staffs, they had many years' experience and know most students from the institute going to their company looking for professional suggestion and help. you can place the order via email at midnight and collect the next morning before school open. also can make appointment on public holiday. it is very good for those like me who always submit the work in last minute. they can save you when the teacher required you to modify your design and resubmit again in very limited thours ,but all other shops within 10km had closed expect them in night time. if you are a friendly customer and go there in the last minute before the deadline of submission, they can understand you and may allow you collect the work first and pay later. in one word, if you are lazy body like me usually act in last minute and usually forget bring wallet, that shop is the only best choice for you for their fast, professional, trust and always online.

It is a print shop with poor service and very high charges. Pan Jun Chen (Jenny), who is in order of the printing shop, is very unreasonable and defrauds her customers, most of whom are students, by raising the price of printing services. I've had a few horrible experiences. It was the first time to print my portfolio in this shop. In the beginning, she told me that the price was 1.5 SGD per page, and my portfolio had 20 pages. Jenny took a week to finish it and changed the final price to 7 SGD per page without consulting me. I was charged 295 SGD for printing one 150 SGD hardcover binding, one 5 SGD CV and a 140 SGD portfolio in total. It was a high price for making those things, and the material which Jenny used is terrible quality. Also, the printing is awful quality as well. In addition, Jenny will charge the worn samples into the final price. Anyway, Jenny uses all kinds of tricks to get money from her customers. It's more like a scam. So, if you're going to print at this store, you better read this review, don't be fooled.

The place to go to for fast print jobs. Jenny, the lady there is helpful and rushes out the print jobs for me. Where there's imperfection, she tries to perfect it, reprinting without charging extra. Great service and good value compared to other print shops around too.
