On that day, myself and my team went down and dropped him a text that we have reached, he replied that he has forgotten about our appointment. We were upset about it but did not make a big fuss. We thought that he might be busy therefore forgotten about it. We then scheduled another date on 20 March. The day before our 2nd appointment, we dropped him a text as reminder. He responded that the shop has been taken. This is so unprofessional. He did not even inform us that the shop was taken. If we did not drop a reminder text before our appointment, we would have wasted our time to go down. Furthermore before we arranged for the 2nd appointment, he told us that we can only view the shop on 20 March onwards because the owner can only pass him the shop key on 20 March. Our 2nd appointment was scheduled on 20 March, and on 19 March he told us that unit was taken?! This just doesn't make sense. Very irresponsible and unprofessional agent. Please be careful and think twice before dealing with him.

Already made a deal of paying advance rental to keep the house until I can officially move in, told me will update me with a viewing date, wait for one month told me he changed his mind, don’t wanna rent to me anymore, what the f? Rude and unprofessional, avoid him please.

Kenneth Sim 81867884. Agent contacted me asking for a quote, supposedly for his brother's 3room flat. Not sure why he was the one sourcing out contractors instead. And got sore when told work cannot start immediately even when he confirms. Left a review because of this. Now I'm wondering what the quality and integrity that ERA upholds, having an agent like this. And the project was not even quoted for. It was just a follow up from an enquiry. After looking at a few of his listings online, he is probably finding for contractors for some of the property in his listings. I am leaving a review on ERA because his name and hp number pops up with ERA logo. Be careful when engaging him, he will be sore when something doesn't work out in the deal. And will look to hurt your business.

Lousy salesperson, lier to their client and company. I spend one month to follow up a complain with ERA. Even we have provided black and white evidence, but they still take their salespersons' words. They are just trying to cover their own people. Can't trust this company and their salesperson.

Lousy and proven unprofessional agent (Silvia Yang), already confirm and want book the room, done viewing but end up telling the room is already unavailable. Guess they are fishing for the highest bid for the room rental. Totally wasting time and energy. Avoid this company at all cost.

Agent (May Lin) no show and tried to send me away. Pursued and demanded explanation, then she sent another colleague (Andrew) who's rude as well (defensively asked "you still want to view the unit?" after I asked why the original agent is late etc). Wrote in reviews for the agents but company still trying to cover up.

Cannot advise you against this company enough. Alvin handed us a house that was not cleaned (fridge not even emptied!), infested with ants and overall in a poor condition. Landlady was incredible rude and unresponsive, it took begging on our side for Alvin to even say something. That is until he couldn't be bothered anymore and outright ignored our messages and pleads to help us receive our deposit back. DON'T arrange anything with this company and for your own sake avoid Alvin at all costs. I'm genuinely left wondering what I paid the commission for.
