Visited this mall on Sep 6 and it was the WORST decision of my life. I was personally attacked and insulted by the staff of the building just because I accidentally miss the counter to scan the Safe Entry (Which FYI is not obvious in the first place). What is worse is I sent an email to ERA to complain AND I RECEIVED NO RESPONSE FROM THEM. Guess the company approve of their staff hurling nasty remarks at the public. I therefore now have a terrible impression of the organisation and the staff and would not recommend anything from ERA.

Serene Sin S H (R052033D) is the most horrendous and arrogant property agent we have ever encountered. First, she has absolutely no respect for others' time, and made us wait over 1 hour for an inspection appointment without having even the basic courtesy to apologise. Second, during a property handover for a tenancy, when we informed her of the time of our movers' arrival one week in advance, she lied to us and said the landlord could not make it at the stated time. After we discussed further with her, she finally admitted that it was her who could not make the appointed time, and not the landlord, thereby sacrificing the landlord and tenant's own schedules and wasting our time and energy for one week trying to adjust the schedule. Not sure why she is so rude and arrogant when she is not even a top ranking agent, and is clearly tardy in her work. Disgusted by how she holds herself out to be a Christian and behaves in such a deplorable manner. ERA and CEA should regulate downright unprofessional agents like Serene Sin.
