Loving my new ergonomic table. It is really sturdy and posh. Highly recommend buying their tables and chairs. One tip for new purchasers is add on the cable tray and their installation service. Since you are getting a premium table, it will be best if you get professionals to install and fixed the tables for you. I watched the person who install it for me and he asked me about my preferences, whether I like my controls to be on the left or right. There will be added customisation for you and it is good that they cater such good service for me. Will definitely recommend it to all my friends and family.

Had been waiting eagerly all week after placing the order for my AmpDesk Pro Version. And this morning, the delivery person arrived... It looks exactly like what was shown in the pictures. I'm glad I paid for the assembly service because Robin, the person who came to install it, was very helpful, professional and informative about the product. He even demonstrated how to raise and lower the table, and set the memory on the keypad. And he helped fix the shelf below the desk for the cables, and tucked them neatly so that it won't look untidy with cables hanging down. I've been in possession of the table a grand total of about three hours, and absolutely love it. Looking forward to using it for work. Glad I bought the fatigue mat too. Feels amazing.

Gonna keep this to the point...but long story short, I ordered the Pro (extended version) and i think it is the best desk you can get in Singapore....it punches way above its weight. Pros: 1) Excellent build quality - Nothing feels cheap. Everything is built like a tank (even the accessories are made of high quality plastic with a premium feel to the touch). 2) The motors are really silent - This is exceptionally important as I oscillated between sitting and standing late at night (without waking the wife....(my RGB lights were turned off of course =)) 3) The laminate on the desk is really good at standing certain levels of heat (Hot coffee mugs etc) and also prevents stains from setting into the wood (coffee spill tested) 4) Do get the cable management accessories (both the spine and the under table tray) as this will greatly improve the "clean look" of your table and also maintain your sanity if you are OCD like me. 5) The monitor dual arms with laptop mount is a MUST for anyone who needs to unplug and move out at short notice. Also frees up space on the table top for other stuff. 6) The height and weight load of the table is perfect and the table top dies not flex even under maximum load. 7) Ergonomics...ergonomics...ergonomics...... This thing (coupled with the monitor arms and granular height options gives you limitless ergonomic customisability. 8) The "memory" control pad with the USB out option is best if sharing between two people or more as you can save up to 4 presets - The USB out is great for quick wired charging (smart-phones etc) Cons: 1) The LED light on the control pad does not dim so it might be a little bright when u leave the table powered on over night. 2) No Inbuilt-RGB options when ordering (nice to have but not compulsory la =) A good table is imperative for getting serious work done. And if you want to take care of your chiropractic health and prevent "muscle aches" and after lunch "food comas" then this table is the best one out there you can get at this price. It certainly is more worth it than you think and you have to buy and use it to actually realise it. Be sure to get the accessories though...don't skimp there..... they truly make a difference. Special Shout out to my man KJ, the most awesome "assembly guy" ever. Did a swell job assembling the thing, all while recommending where each part (monitor arms, control pad etc.) can be optimally placed. He was also very quick to assemble the entire thing and also gave a a detailed explanation of the feature sets of the desk. Excellent A-class service.

Disappointing and Terrible Customer Service I bought Ergo Desk somewhere Apr 2021 and the company claimed 3 years warranty. Initially when the item was delivered had many issues with wrong items/parts send an email then finally arrange the installer . The installer came over to assembly the desk and has the desk has the height regulating device. All of the sudden the height controlling device drop off from the desk and the on the edge of the table top has minor crack and send an email for warranty claim. The staff from warranty claim send an email saying warranty does not cover for wear and tear. Obviously I understand but this issue is not for wear and tear and requested callback from the manager. A gentleman called me on 25 January was saying the same story and told him if I want to buy another table top and he said the production has stopped produing the item. What is this bought not even a year old and the item has discontinued and he suggesting me to apply glue to fix the issue… Spending some much money to use glue to fix the issue unacceptable reason. After a while the gentleman told will check and get back to him waiting almost four days no reply yet. I would not support this company again and would say this Is very bad customer service.

Love the shop experience, you get to see the desk and experience the adjustments which was essential to convince me alot, more so than watching it on social media. Customer service is good! Patient as well!
