★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What should management company do? it should work for the tenant to ensure comfortable living. But not Ernest - This company is in it for one thing - Make money for the Developer. We had bad experiences with this company on 2 properties that we owned and stayed at - Parc Rosewood and Urban Vista. All they do best were harassing their tenants. They always make tenants feel like they are staying for free and have to abide with the pro-developer rules. Instead of ensuring that the facilities are in a good condition, they are focusing on how to "police" the residents. Check it out for yourself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a resident at Suites@East Coast, we had been repeatedly harassed by the management (via the security)for parking our motorcycle in the basement car-park when the rules and regulations state clearly that residents can park our VEHICLES anywhere on the premise of the estate. The term vehicles does not refer only to cars, especially when there are no designated motorcycle lots in the estate.
