My office has appointed A2000 Solutions for the systems so called to be so...professional...but it failed to produce good results and upon checking with them for the clarifications, instead of solving the issue, the staff delayed for 2 weeks for just a simple question and that the problem is due to their software and worst no technical support and the problem till now after so many calling, remained unsolved. No definite reply was given to me to solve the problem. Now my system is hanged and we cannot do anything, really feel like throw into the rubbish chute.

โ โ โ โ โ A few months ago our company a wine and liquor distribution company implemented an ERP Software developed by A2000 Solutions. They delivered a mobile sales solution together with Warehouse and Inventory management that integrates with our financial system. The most complex was of course the custom duty aspect, and this team did a wonderful job!
As the project champion, I'm very impressed by their customer-centric service and the solutions they developed. On the whole, they have a very reliable Tech Support system and coordination was easy as they're a local vendor.
The overall solution and their service is very good!
